Preparation meal and serving

This is the two things that we used to do for Ankara`s elegant firms and associationsuntil 1989. We are one of the first firms of food services for the society foundation.

The topic is ready food production and canteen work. The central of our firm`s address is Büklüm Road Number: 11/4 Kavaklıdere/ANKARA. There are projects about kitchen services at the other departments.

These departments are under republic of Turkey Ministry of Health, Dr.Zekai Tahir Burak Woman Health Education & Research Hospital, Atatürk Education & Research Hospital and Dr.Abdurrahman Yurtarslan Ankara Oncology Education & Research Hospital.

Our company has started the business of the dining hall of Dr.Muhittin Ülker Emergency Service and Travmatology Hospital that was privatized in 1990. At he same time, our company run the canteen of male&female student dormitory of Priminestry Credit & Dormitory Organization.

Since 1998, we carry on the food service work of republic of Turkey Ministry of Health, Dr.Zekai Tahir Burak Woman Health Education & Research Hospital, Atatürk Education & Research Hospital and Dr.Abdurrahman Yurtarslan Ankara Oncology Education & Research Hospital. Also we achieved the food service work of Ankara Set Çimento A.Ş. Our firm`s daily filled is 15.000 meal.

About our kitchen service, we have Service Sufficiency Certificate that was given from TSE, K-Q TSE-ISO-EN 9000 Quality Control System Certificate, TSE 13001 HACCP System and TSE 18001 ISG-OHSAS Worker Health and Security Certificate.

As the market share has increased and because of the intensive demands to our company which is still continuing on its activities in production kitchens of institutions; in 2004 together with INOKSAN`s project planning, our company has owned a plant with 1000m2 closed area in Ankara Gersan Industrial Zone.
