Through our quality goals, we are educating our staff regularly. Quality managament, HACCP, worker health and work security, fire and first aid training are being done in our firm. Need of education is determined by Quality Department and planned training programs are being realized for the personnel. For every year, different education program is planned in the beginning of the year and applys through the year. In our company Quality Management, Purchase Unit and Computer Center are working in 100% cooperation for the customers pleasure. Customer`s wishes and suggestions are evaluated by Computer Center. Preparation and control of menu are made by Quality Department and need of raw materials are providedd by Purchase Unit according to standard of TSE and all legal facts.
